Mila Kunis
American
actress born on August 14, 1983. Kunis began her role as Jackie Burkhart on the
Fox television series That's 70s Show (1998-2006) at the age of 14. Since 1999,
Kunis has voiced Meg Griffin on the Fox animated show Family Guy. Her
breakthrough role in a film came in 2008, when she played Rachel in Forgetting
Sarah Marshall. Her performance in Black Swan (2010), an action thriller that
was psychological, won her critical acclaim. She was nominated for the SAG
Award as well as the Golden Globe Award for best supporting actress. Her other
major films include action movies Max Payne (2008) and The Book of Eli (2010)
as well as the romantic comedy Friends with Benefits (2011) as well as the
fantasy movie Oz the Great and Powerful (2013) as the Wicked Witch of the West
as well as the comedy series Ted (2012), Bad Moms (2016) and its sequel, A Bad
Moms Christmas (2017). Milena Markovna Kunis was the child of an Ukrainian
Jewish family. She was born on August 14 1984 in Chernivtsi (now Ukraine) to
the same Ukrainian Jewish mother and father. Mark Kunis, her mechanical
engineer father, works as taxi driver. Kunis is the elder sister of Michael.
Her grandparents were Holocaust survivors. Her mother tongue and popular
language of her family is Russian.
