Kaitlyn Anne Vincie
Kaitlyn Ann Vincie (born 10th December 1987) is an American journalist and sportscaster. She is a reporter at Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates program NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie's fascination with stock car racing began when she was given an entry pass to the pit lane, and following her graduation from Christopher Newport University, she worked as a reporter for Langley Speedway. Vincie's self-made NASCAR video blogs were released on SceneDaily which is a stock car racing site. Vincie was born on the 10th of December 1987 in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was raised in Bridgewater before her family moved to Warrenton after Vincie was in high school. Vincie is the daughter and granddaughter of John Vincie and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's mother, Eleanor N. Logan was a fifth-grade school teacher and her grandfather was on the faculty of Bridgewater College. Journalism was something she'd always been interested in since a young age. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School in 2006. Vincie was an athlete in the track and field and was also the school's coach for four years. She was the winner of the 800m race in the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had a meeting with Al Pearce, who mentored her. He also offered lots of information. In 2010 Vincie graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor's in communications. Vincie was an intern for the university's athletics division. She also was a part of Charlotte Motor Speedway's USAR Pro Cup Series. After getting a pit-lane pass for the NASCAR All-Star Race, Vincie finished her thesis for her senior year on gender disparity in auto racing. Her inspirations are Wendy Venturini, Krista Volda as well as Wendy Venturini.
